I am a design practitioner, educator and researcher based in London with an  interest in more-than-human collaborative future-making through play, performance, and speculation. My interdisciplinary work spans games, creative writing, participatory workshops, costume and speculative design. 

I am currently pursuing a PhD at Goldsmiths, University on more-than-human design approaches for farming futures. This practice-based research explores how design – particularly the design workshop – can support the imagining of cosmo-political futures of UK farming, and to what extent this can foster a more-than-human approach in agri-environmental policy-making and design. It is funded by AHRC’s Consortium for the Humanities & the Arts South-East England.  From January 2027, I will be a visiting AHRC fellow at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature, on their Pluriverse Project.

I am  an Associate lecturer at Goldsmiths for MA Design Expanded Practice (Speculation and Techniques Studio), and at Central Saint Martins. 

My practice is built on a foundation of critical speculative design from an MA Material Futures (Central Saint Martins, 2018), and design and making skills from BA Fashion (Edinburgh College of Art, 2015).  It has developed through my experiences as a policy designer at the UK government’s Policy Lab working on experimental, interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to policy-making, as a design associate on a AHRC funded project at the Royal College of Art on participatory research and design with nature-focused grassroots communities, and through various personal and freelance projects and collaborations.

I have exhibited and given talks in London, Milan, Eindhoven, Edinburgh and New York.
